The Onlyfire 28" Long Metal Pizza Peel with Wooden Handle is a food-grade aluminum peel that works well for indoor and outdoor grilling. The peel is sturdy and doesn't flex, as long as semolina flour is used underneath the pizza to help it slide. The metal part is bare aluminum and the handle does not get hot. While the edges of the peel are sharp, they can be sanded for safety. The peel comes in two pieces, and users recommend putting thread locker on the nuts to prevent them from coming apart over time. The handle is long enough to prevent hands from getting burnt in the pizza oven. However, the peel doesn't store easily, and users need an extra tool to turn their pizza.
