Without an equalizer, I don't know, depends on your standards. It's not a great mic, but for under $10 it's very impressive. -

Answer: Oh wait, its a 1/8 jack, like the computer plug. You should get the next level up, r20 instead. -

Answer: Cord is 11 feet long. With the 3.5mm plug i used mic on my laptop and sounded great. Buy it before I raise the price as I was amazed at the quality of sound.
