Hasegawa Airplane & Jet Kits HAE13 Editorial Review
The F-15C Eagle US Air Force Fighter 1/72 Hasegawa kit is a good value for the price with well-labeled sprue sheets and easy-to-follow instructions. However, some pieces did not fit and required sanding or filling with plastic putty. Purchasing a pilot and armaments separately is necessary, and some larger pieces had scratches. Decal reference is missing a few decals. Assembly is not too difficult, and the kit requires very little seam filler except for the drop tanks. The kit includes open options for the canopy and air brake, which could complicate assembly, but can be closed for an easier build. Though some decals melted when hit with setting solution, most did not shatter.
