Using the press is easy; simply place the spring in the bottom of the press, open your tofu and drain the liquid, place the tofu in the middle part of the press, put the middle of the press on so that the coil or spring is securely in the both the bottom and middle holes, secure the lid, and press for as long as you wish. Remember to drain the liquid at least once during the pressing process. However, some customers have reported that the lid is difficult to put on, and it may require some creativity or strength to get it to securely latch. Additionally, some customers have experienced difficulty using the press with larger or non-standard blocks of tofu. Nevertheless, the Yarkor Tofu Press has received positive reviews overall.
