The M-Audio BX8 D2 Studio Monitors are powerful, clear and priced well. They work well for both karaoke and music production. Although some customers have had humming/static issues with one of the monitor speakers, others have not experienced this. However, there are ways to fix these issues using power conditioners and ground loop isolators. They are used for home studio monitoring, even for bassy productions as the frequency response is incredible. They require an interface with two ¼ inch double-sided audio wires to connect to your laptop or desktop.
