The watch is presented in a double stack box with a small drawer that contains a 2-year warranty card. Most of the customers who purchased the watch loved it; however, one customer complained about the watch's shoddy clasp, which resulted in losing the watch on the first attempt to wear it. The seller contacted the unhappy customer and gave them a full refund for the loss, which improved their review rating.
