Additionally, there is no way to stop the music without turning off the motor, and the volume buttons do not work. Some customers also found that the product hangs a little lopsided over the crib rather than straight. The anchors that come with the product are also cheap and too big for the screws, making them ineffective. Some customers also received the product without the music box or with missing parts.
