It is compatible with laptops like Dell, Lenovo, HP and other brands. However, some customers had issues with the USB ports and connectivity. One customer reported that it was easy to set up and worked fine initially, but after six months of usage, it stopped functioning properly. The screens went blank, and the audio dropped, making it difficult to use in Teams meetings. Another customer reported that the USB ports stopped working one by one, making it difficult to use. One customer had difficulties with the USB connections, and eventually, the USB cable for connection stopped working altogether. However, other customers had a positive experience with the docking station. One customer bought it to add multiple HDMI connectivity to their notebook, and the USB extension was an added bonus.
