Answer: The FITT 15 program takes just 15 minutes at a time to achieve incredible fitness benefits and results. -

Is the stepper noisy?
Answer: I haven't personally found it noisy. Just a slight clunk when it hits the bottom. -

Is there a weight limit for use?
Answer: The maximum weight for the twisting seat and stepper is 17.3 Stone / 110 KG. Other exercises have no weight restriction. -

What's the app called?

How long have people had this piece of equipment? Is it durable?
Answer: I've had mine for over a year now and it's as sturdy as the day I got it, including the stepper. I've been using it an average of 3 times a week. -

Can I use this for cardio if my weight is 115 KG?
Answer: The weight limit for using it for cardio step or box is 240lbs which is about 108kg maximum. -

Does the stepper part go straight up and down or does it have a twist/side step movement?
Answer: The stepper part goes straight up and down. Only the seat twists. -

Would this be suitable for someone 6 foot 5 inch tall and 21 stone?
Answer: The structure of this item is good and has a steel frame. The rotating seat might be something to be aware of for a person of that height and weight. The item can handle up to 14 stone, so it should be able to handle an additional 6 stone. Just make sure to sit in the center of the seat for balance. It is not recommended for low attics Gyms as it is over 1ft in height, so it is suitable for 8ft ceiling heights and above. -

Can you clip on your own resistance bands?
Answer: The existing bands are attached to the pedals, so I assume other resistance bands can also be attached.
