It is well made and not too full that it doesn't allow molding to the shape needed. The pillow is good for dialysis, as a colorful dorm room accessory, sleeping in car seats or during travels. However, the pillow is not suitable for neck support as it is too thick. Also, it Constantly leaks beads, making it not usable in the house. The labels are scratchy and sewn in, making it difficult to cut them out without the beads spilling out. Finally, some customers found it expensive compared to similar products sold in dollar stores.
