Some found it to be a great little jack that can lift a full-size truck while others had issues with it not pumping up or having missing parts and damaging packages. One customer said they were happy with it and that it had enough stroke to lift their Grand Cherokee without the need for spacers. Another said that it does not extend all the way out and will start to bend. The customers found it difficult to release or lock the handle as it just spins; however, some suggested trying the other handle or spinning the screw in the opposite direction. The 6-ton jack is cheaper because it's a single cylinder whereas the 4 & 8-ton jacks are compound (double) cylinders, which have a lower starting point and more extension, necessitating the payment for the extra stroke. The minimum & maximum height when fully depressed and extended will depend on the vehicle, and the ground clearance it has. Customers found it to be an excellent jack with plenty of stroke, especially for the price and ability, while others found it inadequate for its use cases and expressed mistrust towards the brand.
