The MICHELANGELO 10 Inch Frying Pan with Lid is a nonstick stone frying pan with a non-toxic stone-derived coating. It is granite frying pan which is perfect for healthy cooking as it is PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium free. It works well for browning pork chops as the heat distribution is good. The surface is smooth like ceramic making it easy to cook on. It is 4 centimeters deep and has sloped sides. The manufacturer of the product is in China, but the brand is established in Germany. However, some customers had a negative experience with the product. One customer found that the handle stayed cool, which made it difficult to manage, and the nob on the lid put them into contact with the glass, causing a surprise. Another customer found that everything stuck to the pan, while another customer felt it was too much money for a lousy cheap product. One customer found that the first pan they received was bent on arrival, and they were unsure how the lightweight pan would hold up. Finally, a customer found the handle uncomfortable/straining to hold when dry and found that it would slip out of their fingers when wet.
