The Acer Chromebook Spin 311 Convertible Laptop offers a convenient touchscreen feature with an 11.6-inch HD Corning Gorilla Glass Display, and an Intel Celeron N4000 processor. The laptop features 4GB LPDDR4 of memory and 64GB eMMC of storage, as well as an Intel 802.11ac Gigabit WiFi 5 and Chrome OS. Users noted that it works well for everyday internet browsing, paperwork and streaming, but may not be the ideal option for heavier use. It is lacking an HDMI port, but a USB-C hub can be purchased to supplement this. Additionally, it is not suitable for using the Minecraft app or running .exe programs. While some users reported sensitivity issues with the touchscreen, it is compatible with a stylus pen. The auto-update expiration date varies but can be found on the device. The laptop also features average speaker quality making it necessary to use headsets or earbuds for Zoom meetings. The main downside of the Acer Chromebook Spin is the lack of a forward/outward-facing camera. However, the laptop has an indented area for the back camera.
