However, buyers must be cautious about using HEET in fuel-injected vehicles. It can damage fuel injector seals due to the presence of methanol. For such vehicles, the manufacturer produces ISO HEET, which contains isopropanol alcohol. It is slightly more expensive than HEET but cheaper than new fuel injectors, and it has a fuel injector cleaner additive in it. Overall, HEET Gas-Line Antifreeze & Water Remover is a great product sold at a fantastic price.
