    Answer: The big bed includes the dog but it is a different color than the one pictured. You can just buy your own dog though.

    Answer: I ordered memory foam and still received egg crate. Very disappointed.
  • Question: What are the three types of foam available?

    Answer: 1) The standard orthopedic foam is the egg crate foam. 2) The memory foam is approx 3 in medical grade solid foam topped with approx 1 in memory foam. Total 4 inches of foam. 3) The gel foam is approx 3 in medical grade solid foam topped with approx 1 in gel-infused memory foam. Total 4 inches of foam.
  • Question: Is the large or jumbo size better for a 65 lb lab?

    Answer: Honestly, a jumbo XL is the best fit for your furbaby. The jumbo size was too small for our 60 lb lab.
  • Question: Where is the bed manufactured and where are the materials from?

    Answer: The bed is manufactured at our warehouse in Kentucky, and our covers are sourced from China.
  • Question: Does the deluxe chaise memory foam have gel foam as well? What is the thickness?

    Answer: Sounds like those that got the egg crate ordered therapeutic and the other is a gel foam. Just be sure to order the version you want.
  • Question: Is there any way to clean the foam part? Dog peed through the removable cover.

    Answer: I wash it outside with the hose and soap and air dry it.
  • Question: Is medium big enough for a 16lb. and an 8lb. dog to share?

    Answer: Yes, this bed is big enough for a Great Dane.
  • Question: How can I purchase a full complete memory foam 4 in?

    Answer: I had gotten one that was better foam than this one, but the problem is with the covers fitting so tightly, they end up ripping and the zipper breaks when trying to put covers on and off for washing.
