The Thermalright TL-C12CW-S X3 CPU Fan 120mm White ARGB Case Cooler Fan is a great budget buy for those looking for a fan with RGB function. The fan is equipped with two different cables, one for PWM and the other for ARGB. It includes a built-in daisy chain for both fan and RGB plugs. The fan has rubber pads on the corners where you screw it in to prevent transferring vibrations. The ARGB is 5V 3-pin, not 4-pin, so a hub of some sort is necessary. It is quieter than expected and has good airflow. However, one user experienced broken fans on arrival and the cables could be longer. Some reviews suggest it works better as a CPU fan than a case fan. It comes with three fans in the package but users can order multiple packages to obtain more units.
