  • MITSUMOTO SAKARI 7 inch Professional Black Titanium Coated Japanese Nakiri Chef Knife The well crafted chef's knife combines the shape of a Japanese samurai sword with the lightweight design of a Western-style chef's knife for added durability, exquisite cutting ability, and ease of rocking, cutting, slicing and dicing. 2.2mm high quality blade is made of German imported professional 1.4116 alloy steel (X45CuMoV15); hardness up to 57±2 HRC. The blade has excellent toughness and sharpness. Unique black titanium plating process not only effectively improves the hardness of the blade, but also enhances the smoothness of the surface. The unique non-stick coating ensures that food is separated from the blade, making cutting smoother, faster and easier to clean. The Japanese kitchen knife handle is made of East Asian black walnut wood which has a fine grain and a comfortable feel for holding for long periods of time.
