- Flexible and strong: ABS plastic panels have good impact resistance and can bend at reasonable angles when stressed, and can return to their original shape when the force disappears. Compared with glass panels, ABS panels are more flexible and stronger.
- Product features: very good impact strength, stability, dyeability, easy thermoforming and processing. It has high mechanical strength, low water absorption, harmless and odorless, and excellent chemical properties and electrical insulation.
- Easy to thermoform and process: ABS sheet is easy to thermoform, just heat it to 93℃ (about 200°F), then bend it to the angle you want, and it will maintain its shape until cooled. Easily cut at room temperature using table saw, jigsaw, water jet.
- Wide range of applications: ABS plastic panels can be used in automobiles, home decoration, architectural models, electronic equipment, and robot competitions. Ideal for switch panels, drawer dividers, waterproofing applications and more.
