- Ultima Lay-In and Tegular Ceiling Tiles from Armstrong Ceilings deliver high-performance sound absorption in a fine, non-directional texture with an angled tegular edge. Size: 24 inches by 48 inches by 3/4 inch. These mineral fiber ceiling tiles install easily in a standard 15/16 inch suspended grid system. With an NRC of 0.75 and a CAC of 35, these tiles provide outstanding sound absorption and blocking performance. Featuring ASTM E84 Class A fire performance certified by UL, they meet high safety standards. With up to 76 percent recycled content and a high light reflectance of 88 percent, these tiles are both highly sustainable and bright. Each carton contains 6 pieces covering 48 square feet. Made in the United States from mineral fiber, these tiles are free from chemicals of concern and meet various green building standards. Suitable for storage rooms, discount stores, utility rooms, and basement ceilings.
