It is a little bitter for some and doesn't have the Swiss Water seal but is labeled as Swiss Water decaf. Most customers enjoy the taste, however, some have found it to upset their stomachs. The bag is not recyclable but it can be brewed the same as regular coffee. The beans are sourced from multiple countries but roasted and bagged in the USA.
