Answer: I also wear 10.5 and ordered an 11. They fit great, but are definitely snug at first. I love the way they fit now. I had to break them in with a pretty thick sock, which is one reason why they fit very snug. The reason for this is that the leather is pretty stiff and can be irritating where the upper shoe collar rubs against your foot. It softens over time.
