    Answer: Just add water and microwave for 2 minutes!
  • Question: What are the main ingredients?

    Answer: Quaker Rolled OATS, skimmed milk powder, sugar, salt, and natural flavouring.
  • Question: How many servings are in a wholesale case?

    Answer: Each wholesale case contains 8 pots, providing 8 servings.
  • Question: What is the sale by date?

    Answer: Sale by date is less than 2 months. Not happy.
  • Question: If you don’t have a microwave can you cook then on the hob?

    Answer: These oats are instant in the sense that you don't have to cook them. Just add boiled water or milk, cover for a minute and it's done.
  • Question: Are these gluten free, no mention of gluten in ingredients list?

    Answer: Hi, Oats are naturally gluten free, however farming practices mean we're unable to label our products as gluten free, due to the potential for stray grains to mix with our oat crop. We do, however, offer a Gluten Free range of Quaker Oat So Simple, made using a proprietary method which means we're able to guarantee no other grains are present.
  • Question: Does the Original version contain sugar? It's not on the list, but it says that some of the carbohydrates come from sugar. Why isn't it on the list?

    Answer: I get the Honey flavour I would guess that the Original does have some sugar in it. Looking at the Honey ingredients per 100g there are 66.6g of Carbs and of that 21.5g are listed as 'sugars'.
  • Question: Can i ask whats the expiry on the pack?

    Answer: The boxes we ordered in June have an expiry date of 11th April 2020 although ours were with golden syrup ( highly recommended!)
  • Question: Is it possible to use water instead of milk?

    Answer: Hi, it's perfectly fine to mix our oats with water instead of milk. The overall texture and thickness will however vary.
  • Question: How do i cancel all of this?

    Answer: How can I cancel the order for the porridge oats which continues to pop up and I have tried to cancel with no success, becoming a nuisance now.
  • Question: Are these GMO free ? 🤔

    Answer: As I trust Quaker Oats I would say yes they are GMO free, but this is just my opinion.
