Henkelion Soft-Sided Carriers Editorial Review
The Henkelion Large Cat Carrier has garnered mixed feedback from customers, reflecting a spectrum of experiences with the product. Many users appreciate the sturdy Construction and the unique design that features a top opening, providing convenience when retrieving pets. One customer specifically noted how it facilitated a seamless travel experience for their 20 lb puppy, even under the Constraints of airline regulations, and expressed satisfaction with their pet's comfort during outings. However, this carrier is not without its drawbacks. Several reviews highlight issues with the product's size, claiming it is smaller than advertised. Additionally, customers reported an overwhelming chemical smell that persisted despite attempts to air it out. While one review mentioned the durability of the materials, others criticized the zippers as flimsy and raised concerns about the difficulty of cleaning the non-removable cushion that is sewn onto the hard plastic. The customer experience is further marred by challenges in returning the item, as one user encountered a situation where they had to cover return shipping. In summary, while the Henkelion Large Cat Carrier offers some desirable features and a solid design, potential buyers should be cautious of the size discrepancies, unpleasant odors, and the return policy. **
